Provide complete construction and reinforcement details for the masonry structure surrounding the gas fireplace, including footing. Include specifications and details for the lintel at the top of the firebox opening. Because the fireplace structure exceeds 6' in height, it requires horizontal anchorage. Please detail this. 4. Please provide manufacturer, model number and ICC approval or equivalent for the gas fireplace to be used. It must be approved for exterior use. 5. Outdoor equipment schedule lists a wood burning pizza oven, but I don't see it shown on the elevation or plan. If it is to be used, show its location and provide the manufacturer's installation instructions and the approval listing information.
