Dear Mr. & Mrs. Flora:
In accordance with your request, we have prepared this final, as-graded soil report for the
proposed residential renovation at the subject site.
Based on our field observations and referenced reports ( see attached Figure 1 ), it is our opinion
that the soil engineering and engineering geologic aspects of the residential renovation are in
accordance with our Limited Geotechnical Investigation Report (Reference 4), local grading
ordinances and the project grading plans. In addition, the footing excavations, soil expansion
characteristics and soil bearing capacity were observed to be in conformance with the approved
plans and specifications.
