DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM SPRAY OF RECLAIMED WATER. BEST MANAGEMEt-jT PRACTICES SHALL BE USED TO MINIMIZE RECLAIMED WATER ENCHROACHMENT ON PUBLIC FACILITIES SUCH AS PICNIC TABLES, BBQ'S, PLAYGROUNDS, SAND TOT LOTS, ETC. 3. 4.
