Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval of the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Community Arts Grants Funding Plan.
Executive Summary/Discussion
This report provides an update of the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Community Arts Grants cycle including the
funding plan for the Arts Commission’s review and approval. Community Arts Grants Coordinator Mimi
Kim will share an overview of the process of the recent grant cycle including implementation of the new
grant management software and 29 Community Arts Grants presented for consideration with $106,480
available in funding.
Next Steps
Staff will facilitate the current 2020-2021 grant cycle, which closes on August 31, 2021. Agreements will then be issued to the FY 2021-22 Community Arts Grantees, upon approval by the Arts Commission. Fiscal Analysis
