A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TIME CHANGE OF THE HOUSING
COMMISSION MEETING CALENDAR
WHEREAS, the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined it will
establish its scheduled regular meetings annually by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code §54954) provides for the establishment
of an annual regular meeting calendar procedure; and
WHEREAS, special meetings of the Housing Commission will be called as necessary following
the requirements of the Brown Act {Government Code §54956).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. For calendar year 2021 and until further notice, the regular Housing Commission
meetings shall take place on the second Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. as follows:
3. Until further notice, per State of California Executive Order N-29-20 and in the interest
of public health and safety, Housing Commission meetings will be held electronically or
by teleconferencing to prevent and mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Meeting of the Housing Commission of the City of
Carlsbad on the 9th day of September, 2021, by the following vote, to wit:
