The application and plans submitted for this proposed project are currently incomplete and unsuitable for further review due to the following incomplete items: 1. Address the redlined comment on sheet 1.9 of the plan set. As indicated on the redlined plan, please plot the stopping sight distance of 300 feet west of the intersection in addition to the corner sigh distance already shown. Although corner sight distance is desirable at driveway intersections and should be plotted, the obstruction must comply with the minimum stopping distance per city standards. The wall encroaches slightly within corner sight distance line but appears to be outside the stopping sight distance line. Refer to Table A of Volume L of the City's engineering standards for the different measurements between stopping and corner sight distance on various street classifications.
