BRUSH SHALL BE REMOVED ONLY WITHIN THE AREA TO BE GRADED. NO TREES ARE TO BE REMOVED UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED ON THE PLAN. 23. ALL AREAS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN.
