A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANGER TO SIGN THE BENEFICIARY
CERTIFICATE FOR THE CITY ON PARCEL MAP MS 16-01
WHEREAS, Harding Street Neighbors LP, a California Limited Partnership has submitted a fina1
parcel map known as MS 16-01 to the city of Carlsbad for processing; and
WHEREAS the City of Carlsbad is a beneficiary under a Deed of Trust recorded March 15, 20E
as document number 2013-0168692; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 66445 requires that all beneficiaries to property bein§
subdivided consent to said subdivision by a signed certificate on the Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined that it is in the
best interests of the city to have the city manager sign said certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, a~
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the beneficiary consent certificate
on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 11.!h day of January 2022, by the following vote, to wit:
