Should any operational difficulties in connection with the sprinkler system develop within the specified guarantee period which may be due to inferior n,aterial and/or workmanship, said d1fficult1es shall be imr:lediately corrected by the Contractor at nu additional cost to the o .... -ner, including any/al1 othl'T damage caused by such defects. The o~-ner retains the right to make emergPncy repairs without relieving the Contractor's guarantee obligations. DAMAGED AREAS The Contractor shall be re~ponsible for maintenance and adequate protection of the landscaped areas. Damage to utilities, water mains or any portion of the sprinkler system shall be repaired at the Contractor's expense. flNAL ACCEPTANCE At the completion of the maintenance period, all areas included in the Contract shall be live, healthy and free of debris and weeds, plant materials shall be Jive, healthy and free of Infest- ations.
