RESOLUTION NO 2022-004
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 2022 REGULAR HOUSING COMMISSION
MEETING CALENDAR
WHEREAS, the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined it will
establish its scheduled regular meetings annually by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code §54954) provides for the establishment
of an annual regular meeting calendar procedure; and
WHEREAS, special meetings of the Housing Commission will be called as necessary following
the requirements of the Brown Act (Government Code §54956).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. For calendar year 2022, the regular Housing Commission meetings shall take place on
the second Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. as follows:
January 13, 2022
February 10, 2022
March 10, 2022
April 14, 2022
May 12, 2022
June 9, 2022
July 14, 2022
August 11, 2022
September 8, 2022
October 13, 2022
November 10, 2022
December 8, 2022
3. As may be necessary, per State of California Executive Order N-29-20 and in the interest
of public health and safety, Housing Commission meetings may be held electronically or
by teleconferencing to prevent and mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
4. That the 2022 calendar will be posted to the city’s website.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Meeting of the Housing Commission of the City of
Carlsbad on the 10th day of February 2022, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Nguyen-Cleary, Cole, Manzano
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Cortes-Torres
