EACH AUTOMATIC CONTROLLER AND ITS ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT SHALL BE IDENTIFIED WITH A SIGN BEARING THE WORDS "RECYCLED WATER USED FOR IRRIGATION" IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH, WITH BLACK LETTERS AT LEAST ONE INCH HIGH ON A PURPLE, PANTONE 512, BACKGROUND. THE SIGN SHALL BE SO PLACED AS TO BE READILY SEEN BY ANY OPERATIONS PERSONNEL UTILIZING THE EQUIPMENT. 2.1.9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ADJUST ALL SPRINKLER HEADS FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE. THIS SHALL INCLUDE THROTTLING THE FLOW CONTROL AT EACH VALVE TO OBTAIN THE OPTIMUM OPERATING PRESSURE FOR EACH SYSTEM. CONDITIONS THAT CAUSE OVERSPRAY, PONDING, OR RUNOFF SHALL BE ELIMINATED.
