RELEASE OF NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 5, 2011 a Notice of Restriction on Real
Property was conditioned for the approval of a Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 03-06x1(A), to
give notice of the obligations and restrictions imposed and binding by said approval on all present
or future interest holders or estate holders relating to the above described property. The Notice
of Restriction, recorded as Document No. 2012-0232521 on April 20, 2012, is hereby released
since the City Planner has the authority to execute and record a release which terminates
the Notice of Restriction upon a showing of good cause by the Developer or successor in
interest, which has been duly provided.
