All Storm Water runoff from hard surfaces will be directed to landscape areas or planters to the maximum
extent possible befme being discharged to Carlsbad Boulevard. Extensive use of pavers for the drive and
parking areas is being implemented to promote infiltration and reduce flows that need to be treated. See plans
provided by Civil Engineer.
