CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Celia Brewer read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:16 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the
matter of:
Lange, Theodore v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2020-00020817-CU-PO-NC, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1).
Council Action: No reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT:
