CALL TO ORDER: 4:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Hall, Blackburn, Acosta, Bhat-Patel, Norby.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONCURRENT MEETINGS: None.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEM: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Celia Brewer read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:16 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING SIGNIFICANT EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss significant exposure to
litigation based on existing facts and circumstances regarding one potential case against the
City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(2).
Council Action: No reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 22, 2022 was adjourned at 4:19 p.m.
