Gunther Guns is requesting an administrative extension on CUP 15-9 as soon as possible.
This request is due to the fact that it recently has been discovered that our original CUP for the retail
store has been voided and wrapped into CUP 15-9. This technically appears to put our retail store in
jeopardy.
Therefore, we are seeking this extension as quickly as possible. Once this is done, we will then get with
the Planning Department to sort out the wording of CUP 15-9 as I do not believe it was the intension of
the City, and it was not made clear, that this permit 15-9 would expire if the shooting range was not
built. We have been running the retail business since 2013 and wish to continue to do so.
