The following will detail the status fore ach permit: Landscape Permit: Final Plans were signed and submitted on September 2019 Building Permit: Building Plans were submitted in December 2019 and assigned permit PC2019-0099. The plans have been thru several plan checks with the 3rd submittal anticipated during the week of May 11, 2020. We anticipate that a building permit would be ready to be Issued in June 2020. Grading Permit: Grading Plans were submitted In November 2018 and assigned permit GR2018-0036. The plans have been thru plan checks with the 4th and final submittal delayed in order to secure documentation Including bonds, letter of permission and draft CC&Rs. As indicated above, the project has grading and building plans under review, but permits have not been issued. We anticipated permits will be issued within the year, however, applicant is requesting a two-year extension to cover any unforeseen delays. Thank you for your consideration of our request.
