SHERATON HOTEL 4 SCOPE OF WORK -
Construct new 4 story, 33 room, 32,388 s.f. hotel with 8,182 s.f. basement containing campus
laundry facility, new elevator and elevated walkways at 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors that connect to existing
Sheraton Hotel building exterior walkways.
This hotel was master planned and previously approved as 88 room hotel, Sheraton hotel 3 & 4
combined. Existing Sheraton Hotel 3 contains 48 rooms. Proposed Hotel 4 under review with this
Consistency Determination includes 33 rooms for a total of 81 rooms.
