A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Robert Prosser was appointed to the Historic Preservation
Commission in August 2019 to fill the unexpired term of Commissioner Jack Nelson; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Prosser was reappointed in April 2021 and resigned in February 2022;
and
WHEREAS, an unscheduled vacancy on the Historic Preservation Commission exists with a term
ending in April 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1.The above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Historic Preservation
Commission, for a term ending in April 2024, or until a replacement is appointed.

Carlsbad on the 19th day of April, 2022, by the following vote, to wit:
