This memorandum is being provided as a result of a City Council member request for information
relating to the number of minute motions that have been made by City Council since 2019.
Background/Discussion
On May 3, 2022, staff received a request from a City Council member requesting the number of
minute motions made by each City Council member. Staff began to track minute motions in
2019. The following is a breakdown of the number of minute motions made by each City Council
member since January 2019.
