RUSTICO DRIVE by the City of Carlsbad on 3/18/2022. Said approval restricts the property as
follows:
1. The property owner(s) shall reside in either the main dwelling unit or the junior

accessory dwelling unit.
1. The obligations and restrictions imposed on the JUNIOR ACCESSORY
