Project Description
Our goal is to combine 2 residential lots into 0.33 acre site to develop a mixed use project
with (4) quality townhouse apartments and a professional rental office with on-site car port
parking. Lot 1 is zoned R-3 and Lot 2 is zoned RP-Q allowing professional office space. Our
goal is to achieve this completely without any variances and per all existing zoning and
codes. We have designed it per the required zoning of a condo conversion project later. We
are not planning to process this project as condo's at this time. Two buildings will house two
story apartments with attached garages for each. The professional office is in a separate two
story building with a covered semi enclose enclosed carport parking. Our goal is to develop
quality town home units that represent the local area.
