Background On March 16, 2022, the City Council received a presentation during public comment from a resident regarding maintenance concerns at the Monroe Street Pool facility. The presentation included a series of undated photographs taken at and around the Monroe Street Pool facility. On April 26, 2022, during the Capital Improvement Program {CIP} Workshop, the City Council directed staff to prioritize maintenance of the facility within the current budget through 2026.
