New access from Highland Drive is proposed. 1. Confirm setback restrictions as shown on site plan -front vs rear yard, calculated side and rear yard setbacks based on lot width. 2. Confirm/comment in viability of new garage and ADU location, separation from main house and vertical relationship with existing grade. Is the ADU over the partially subterranean garage a permissible configuration? Please comment on applicable height limits. 3. Confirm/comment in viability of new access to be taken from Highland Drive. Will a dedication be required? Driveway width restrictions on single vs "U" shaped double access? Restrictions on% of paving at front yard -can this be met with permeable paving? 4. Related to the option or new access from Hgihland -would an address change be required? 5. What type of permits will be required for the viable scope of work -building permit, grading permit, ROW/public improvement plans?
