Community Development Block Grant Advisory Committee (CDBG)
Special Meeting Minutes
Meeting April 11, 2022
CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
At 5:01pm, Nancy Melander called the meeting to order; five of the seven Committee members (Alan
Manzano, John May, Kathryn Rangus, Keith Neigenfind & Steve Gish) were present. Allen Edwards,
Program Manager, Housing & Homeless Services was also present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
None.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
NEW BUSINESS
Item 1. Welcome and Introductions
Nancy welcomed all of the Committee members and thanked them for their time.
Each Committee member introduced themselves.
Item 2. CDBG Program Summary
Nancy Provided an overview of the program's primary objectives, annual funding
process community development activities and the role of CDBG committee in this
endeavor.
SUBCOMMITTEE MEMBER REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
None.
