Said offset measured along common lot line North 88°57'24" West. • At the back corner common to Lots 129 and 130. Said offset measured along common lot line North 88°57'05" West. • At the back corner common to Lots 130 and 131. Said offset measured along common lot line South 83°03'13" West. • At the back corner common to Lots 131 and 132. Said offset measured along common lot line South 79° 42' 14" West. • Found 2" iron pipe with disc stamped "R.C.E. 17377" in lieu of a 2" iron pipe with disc stamped "L.S. 5292" at the back corner of Lot 130 which measures 25.83 feet from the common back corner of Lots 130 and 131 as shown on Sheet 6 of 11.
