CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Pursuant to Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act as they may be amended.)
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Minor Subdivision 840, Parcel Map No. 16541 in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
county, July 11, 1991, is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section.8770.5 of the
Land Surveyors Act or Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as follows:
LIST OF CORRECTIONS
• All monumentation was set with tag "L.S. 5669" in lieu of "L.S. 5894" unless noted
below.
• Set a concrete nail with brass tag marked "L.S. 5669". on top of a pilaster at a 5.50 foot
offset of the rear property comer in lieu of a ½" x 18" iron pin with plastic cap marked
"L.S. 5894" on the westerly tract line at the back property comers common comer to
parcels 1 and 2 through common comer to Parcels 12 and 13. Said offset measured
westerly along the production of the common lot line.
• Set a 2" x 24" iron pipe with disc stamped "L.S. 5669" in lieu of a 2" x 24" iron pipe with
disc stamped "R.C.E. 31757" per map no 12412 at all locations called for on the
westerly right-of-way of Aviara Drive excepting at the point measuring 100.00 feet on a
bearing of North 28°40'00" West along the easterly back line of Parcel 39 from the
north end of a curve concave northwesterly having a central angle of 19°07'59" with a
radius of 20.00 feet and a length from the common back comer of Parcels 39 and 40 of
6.68 feet. This was monumented by a brass disc stamped "L.S. 5669" set in a lead
plug in the walk at a 7.00 foot offset due to wall footing at the right-of-way. Said offset
measured at right angles to the boundary line.
♦ Set a lead plug and brass disc stamped "L.S. 5669" at a 7.00 foot offset in walk, in lieu
of a lead plug and brass disc stamped "R.C.E. 31757" at a 7.00 foot offset along the
northerly right-of-way of Batiquitos Drive as shown o~ sheet 4 of 5 at the following
locations:
• At both ends of a curve concave northerly having a central angle of 30°03'00" a

Aforementioned offset measured on a production of the westerly tract line.
• . Set a lead plug and brass disc stamped "LS. 5669" at a 9. 75 foot offset on top of curb
in lieu of a lead plug and brass disc stamped "L.S. 5669• at a 7.00 foot offset in walk
along Cressa Court at the common front comer of Parcels 45 and 46. Said offset
measured radially.
♦ Set street survey monument with disc stamped "LS. 5669• in lieu of a found street
survey monument with disc stamped "R.C.E. 31757" per map No. 12413 at all map
noted locations except along the centerline of Batiquitos Drive at the following
locations:
• At both the beginning and ending of a curve concave northerly having a central
angle of 30°03'00", a radius of 900.00 feet and a length of 472.02 feet where a
street survey monument with disc stamped "LS. 5894" was found in lieu of a
found street survey monument with disc stamped "R.C.E. 31757".
• At the centerline intersection of Aviara Drive and Batiquitos Drive where a street
survey monument with disc stamped "LS. 5894" was found in lieu of a found
street survey monument with disc stamped "R.C.E. 31757". ·
• Set a 2" x 24" iron pipe with disc stamped "LS. 5669" at all locations calling for a 2" x
24" iron pipe with disc stamped "R.C.E. 31757" per map No. 12412.
