(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Business and
Professions Code as they may be amended).
Notice is given that I hereby certify that City of Carlsbad Tract No. 85-35, Map No. 12412, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County
on June 29, 1989, is in error and corrected as follows in accordance with section 66469 of the Government
Code or Section 8770.5 of the Business and Professions Code, or any amendments thereto.

1. All Monuments to be set per legend and notes with RCE 31757 are changed to L.S. 5894.
2. Change Note 1. to Read: Unless otherwise shown on this map, 1/2' x 18' Iron Pins with Plastic Cap
marked "L.S. 5894" have been set at all rear lot comers. Front lot comers and points of curve along
side.lines of dedicated streets are marked with lead plug and metal disc stamped "L.S. 5894" set in
sidewalk or curb, on a 7.00 foot offset from the Property Line on a prolongation of the lot lines or
radial to point of curve. Front lot comers and points of curve along side lines of private streets are
marked with lead plug with metal disc stamped "LS. 5894" set in sidewalk on curb, on a 4.00 foot
