THE IMPRO'-f:MENTS LISTED ABO'-£ SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED KfTHIN 18 MONTHS OF APPROVAL
OF THE SECURED IMPRO'-f:MENT AGREEMENT OR SUCH OTHER TIME AS PROVIDED IN SAID
