BE PREPARED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CITY ENGINEER.
GENERAL CONDITION:
THIS PROJECT IS APPROVED UPON THE EXPRESS
CONDITIONS THAT BUILDING PERMITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBJECT-PROPERTY UNLESS THE
CITY ENGINEER DETERMINES THAT SEWER FACILITIES ARE
AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION FOR SUCH
SEWER PERMITS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE AVAILABLE
UNTIL TIME OF OCCUPANCY.
PURSUANT TO SECTION 20.44.050 OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL CODE PARK-IN-LIEU FEES FOR THIS
SUBDIVISION MUST BE PAID TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR THE
SUBDIVISION OR PRIOR TO SALE OF THE SUBDIVIDED
PROPERTY WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST. THE SUBDIVIDER
HAS ENTERED INTO A SECURED AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD TO GUARANTEE PAYMENT OF THESE FEES.
THE AMOUNT OF THE FEES SHALL BE DETERMINED AT THE
TIME OF THE BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE OR SALE.
THIS PROJECT IS APPROVED UPON THE EXPRESS CONDITION
THAT BUILDING PERMITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNTIL A LOCAL
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE UNDERLYING ZONE

THE BUILDING PERMITS WHEN ISSUED WILL BE SUBJECT TO
