Surveyor's Act as they may be amended.)
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Aviara Area 26 North Unit 2, Tract 90-38, Map No. 13091 in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of
said county, February 25, 1994, is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 8770.5
of the Land Surveyors Act or Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as follows:
LIST OF CORRECTIONS
+ All monumentation called as "will set" was tagged "L.S. 5669" in lieu of "R.C.E. 16150"
unless otherwise noted.
♦ Set a ¾" x 18" iron pipe with plastic cap marked "L.S. 5669" in lieu of a ½" x 18" iron pin
with plastic cap marked "R.C.E. 16150" unless otherwise noted.
• Set a lead plug and brass disc marked "L.S. 5669" in a walk at a 7.00 foot offset in lieu
of a 2" x 24" iron pipe with disc marked "R.C.E. 16150" at the southwesterly property
corner of Lot 35 which measures 47.88 feet along a curve concave westerly having a
radius of 380.00 feet with a central angle of 7°13'07" from the back corner common to
Lots 35 and 36.
