CYPRESS PHASE 9
Description of project:
Due to a change in market and an increase in desirability for 3-story with roof deck homes,
the client has decided to market the original CYPRESS 3-story with roof deck version of
the project for Phase 9 of the original CYPRESS project. The proposed 3-story with roof
decks are consistent with the original approved design and that of the built model homes.
This submittal set and CDs are titled CYPRESS PHASE 9. The program of the project
and the design of the exterior elevations are the same as what was previously approved.
