record title interest in the land covered by this map,
do hereby consent to the preparation and recordation of
this map as shown within the blue colored border line,
and we hereby offer for dedication for public street
purposes a portion of Highland Drive as shown on said
map. We also offer for dedication to the City of
Carlsbad the easements for 31 foot public street, 10
foot public utility and tree planting, and 12 foot
water line purposes all as shown on said map.
