one building set flush with grade on a concrete foundation. A new 36' x 40' Modular Building will also be provided.
site work includes a new playground area, concrete paving, a new asphalt parking area for both staff, parents and visitors,
site utilities including electrical, water sewer, storm drain, etc, masonry site walls, fencing, landscaping and irrigation.

The owners can pay by check, and included it with the application at the time of submittal, or once the application is
processed the planner on site will email an invoice to the billing contact and they can pay by phone through our finance
cashier, between 8am-12pm. M-F. We do not sent outlook reminders. Again I have you scheduled, Nov. 10th at 11am
to submit. We are closed to in-person services, so you will be making your submittal to the "Planning Submittal Bin "at
the front of the Faraday Bldg., 1635 Faraday, Carlsbad, CA, 92008. The "bin" or rubberized trash bins are located at the
front of the building near the glass double door. You will make your submittal to the "Planning Submittal" bin and a
technician on site will come out and retrieve the application and process it. You don't have to be on site once you have
made the drop off.

Yes, please put me on the calendar for November 10th at 11 :00 AM. Do I just need to bring in the 4
sets of preliminary drawings and completed P-14·form? Can the owner's pay the fee the afternoon of
the submittal with a credit card? Will you be sending out an Outlook Appointment reminder?
