PROPOSED PROJECT DESCRIPTION
SITE AND EXTERIOR MODIFICATION FOR BUILDINGS 7760 & 7770 INCLUDES
FACADE UPGRADES, ADDITIONAL TOWER ELEMENTS, NEW BLACK AWNINGS,
NEW EXTERIOR LIGHTING, NEW PATIO SPACE, REMOVAL OF EXISTING DRIVE
THRU LANE, ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING AND HARDSCAPE, NEW TRASH
ENCLOSURE AND PARKING RE-STRIPING.
IN ADDITION TO THE SCOPE DESCRIBED ABOVE, WE WANT TO UPGRADE THE
EXISTING AWNINGS ON PHASE 2 TO MATCH THE NEW AWNINGS PROPOSED IN
THE PHASE 3 SCOPE.
