A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD GOLF LODGING
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Golf Lodging Business Improvement District (CGLBID) Advisory Board
Member Geoff Gray resigned on June 15, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the CGLBID Advisory Board has one unscheduled vacancy for a term ending in
November 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following individual is appointed to serve on the Carlsbad Golf Lodging Business
Improvement District Advisory Board, for a term ending in November 2024, or until a
replacement is appointed.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
