Thank you again for assisting with this. To begin the formal process, attached is our application and our existing market map showing no changes to our permit extension request. We plan to operate the market in the same fashion as we have for the past seven years. Our history is as follows: We were granted a two-year Major Review Permit (RP 13-03) on May 15, 2013. We were granted a five year Major Review Permit Extension (RP 13-03x1). In item number 4 of PC RESO NO. 7123 it states that the Conditional Use Permit is granted for a period of five (5) years from June 19, 2015 through June 10,, 2020. As you know, we began working on the permit renewal early in the year but due to COVID-19 had to shut down the market for a two-month period. We are currently operating at 60% capacity. Please let me know what our next steps are to bring this application process to completion. I look forward to hearing from you.
