Use the slab detail for all slab repairs (detail in Tenant Handbook). All saw cut and patch back of floor slab to match existing finishes. Backfill per Landlord's recommendations. Provide Landlord with copies of compaction certifications. 5. Roof-top-equipment, flues, satellite dishes, antennae, etc., shall be screened from view. All screening shall be subject to Landlord approval. Exhaust fans/grease hoods must be directed away from the adjacent premises. Grease guard units or other approved grease catch containers must be installed in conjunction with any grease exhausts to prevent membrane contamination/damage. 6. All roof jacks must be 18" min. clear from curbs, vertical surfaces, waterways and other penetrations. Multiple pipes or conduit may not run through a single roof jack. Oatey - style flashings are NOT permitted. Multiple pipes and/or conduits must not be run through a single roof jack/flashing. A proper multiple pipe enclosure must be installed as discussed and detailed in the Roof Installation Guidelines. 7. Exposed piping is not permitted. All piping including, but not limited to, gas, condensates, water and electrical is to be installed under the roof deck in the attic space and, as it applies, concealed in walls. Installation must be coordinated with Landlord's representative. 8. Please use Landlord's representative for your fire sprinkler and fire monitoring system needs. Modifications to the fire alarm system must be performed by Landlord's fire alarm contractor at Tenant's expense and all interruptions to service shall be at Tenant's expense. 9. Tenant shall be responsible for temporary utilities and facilities during the Tenant's improvements. Tenant shall be responsible to have all excess debris hauled away daily and the premises and common area kept neat and clean at all times. Any staging requirements are to be coordinated with Landlord prior to start of construction. 10. Tenant shall install a check meter on the water service in the event Landlord requires Tenant to install such meter. 11.
