APPROVE MINUTES OF April 13, 2022
Board member Rauch motioned to approve minutes; seconded by board member Chapin; passed 5-0-1 (Gray
abstain)

Board member Rauch motioned to approve Zupanski as new member to subcommittee; seconded by board
member Chapin; pass 6-0
3. Approve Contract with Visit Carlsbad
Board member Rauch motioned to approve the contract to attachment A to exhibit 1 with amendments
previously announced by General Counsel; seconded by board member Gray; pass 6-0
4. Adopt FY 2022-23 Annual Report and Budget
Board member Zupanski motioned to approve annual report and budget; seconded by board member Rauch;
pass 6-0
