Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. The submitted plans are proposing a single wall sign on the south elevation of your building. The proposed ARLO TECHNOLOGIES sign will be replacing the existing NETGEAR sign in the same exact location. The plans are consistent with the CRC Design Guidelines and therefore the submitted plans are considered APPROVED. Please note that per the CRC Design Guidelines section 6.10, a building of your size is allowed up to 3 wall signs.
