Assistant City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Newest Construction Co. v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2020-00046237-CU-BC-NC, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(l).
Council Action: No reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT:
