CALL TO ORDER: 3:18 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Hall, Blackburn, Bhat-Patel, Acosta, Norby.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PRESENTATION:
Presentation in honor of 2022 Carlsbad Citizens of the Year Lisa Cannon-Rodman and Jeff Segall.
Mayor Hall read the contributions of Lisa Cannon-Rodman and Jeff Segall and presented them with a
trophy in appreciation.
Following the presentation of the awards, attendees and staff adjourned to the City Hall courtyard for
a cupcake and punch reception.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of July 26, 2022, was adjourned at 3:52 p.m.
