contract with City of Carlsbad and related Public Agency as required in connection with
current development project in the name and in behalf of BNR Investment &
Development, LLC., upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon, at the sole
discretions of said Members/Managers.
We also certify that thi s resolution is still in effect and has not been amended or revoked.
