I have completed my review of the above project. I have reviewed the project for
compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Water District's (District) Standards for Potable
Water, Sewer, and Recycled Water. From my review I have the following comment,
The proposed water and fire services from the existing public, 8-inch ACP waterline need
to be shown as a construction change to the original waterline improvement plans. This
enables the City to have a record of all appurtenances to a particular waterline recorded
on one set of plans.
The project engineer may opt to waive this requirement and approve this drawing. If so, I
have no further comments and suggest that the planchecker request mylars for further
processing with the City.
