A portion of Tract 99 of Carlsbad Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map thereof No. 1661, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County on March 1, 1915, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Tract 99, Southwesterly along the Northwesterly lie of
said Tract, a distance of 240 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing Southwesterly
along said Northwesterly Tract line 80 feet; thence at right angles Southwesterly 200 feet; thence at
