Purpose is to move the backyard fence north to the edge of the easement line, still within the property/parcel boundaries.
Please see attached document for approximate overlays with drawings of current vs. proposed fence. In addition to a couple of pictures of the site.
Also please find attached site plot indicating easement line and topography
Please note that the backyard level sits about 2 ft below the current slope start. See illustration and picture in the attached document

Dear City of Carlsbad Planning Division Team,
This document is a supplemental attachment to the preliminary review plan request (form P-
14) applied for parcel no. 174, tract no. 93-04 to move the backyard fence north to the edge of
the easement line, still within the property/parcel boundaries.
The contents of the document are meant to give more information about the area in question
and are based on publicly available information and not exact survey data, so the drawings,
overlays and figures are approximate.
Also included with this application is a 24" x 37" site plot printout
