II. ROLL CALL: Hall, Blackburn, Bhat-Patel, Acosta, Norby.
Ill. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
IV. COUNCIL WELCOME AND OPENING REMARKS
Library & Cultural Arts Director Suzanne Smithson welcomed residents to the State of the
City video production and introduced Mayor Hall to provide opening remarks.
Mayor Hall and Council Members expressed their appreciation to everyone for attending
the event and highlighted projects and accomplishments throughout the city.
V. STATE OF THE CITY VIDEO PRESENTATION
Following the State of the City video presentation, attendees and staff adjourned to the
courtyard.
VI. ADJOURNMENT TO COURTYARD FOR REFRESHMENTS: Mayor Hall adjourned the duly
noticed meeting at 6:37 p.m.
