Pursuant to the Municipal Permit, TAIT has inspected and verified that the structural
BMPs including the LID, source control, hydromodification, and treatment control BMPs
have been installed and are operating in compliance with the approved Storm Water
Quality Management Plan (SWQMP Plan and Report).
Tait performed a site visit to confirm the installation of all BMP's for the Palomar
Airport Road project. This inspection included: the Bioclean MWS Units (treatment
control BMPs); the Bioclean filters and the FloGuard catch basin inserts (LID BMPs); the
installation of the ADS Detention Pipe Systems (hydromodification and treatment control-
BMPs ); and the construction/installation of the stencils, trash enclosure and drain inlets
(source control BMPs). Upon field verification of the above referenced items, it is our
professional opinion that the BMP's have been installed and are operating per the
approved Storm Water Quality Management Plan (SWQMP Plan and Report) .
