At your request and as required, Construction Testing & Engineering, Inc. (CTE) has reviewed the
referenced grading and temporary shoring plans for the subject project. The object of our review was to
identify potential conflicts with the recommendations presented in the referenced geotechnical
documents, as they pertain to the proposed improvements. Based on CTE’s review the proposed
grading and temporary shoring plans appear to be in substantial conformance with CTE’s referenced
geotechnical recommendations.
The document is subject to the same limitations as the referenced geotechnical report. The opportunity
