Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. After reviewing the rendering, the landlord is approving the proposed fascia sign with the following conditions and/or requirements: 1. This approval is subject to City approval and/or requirements. Our office must approve any alterations and/or deviations from this rendering. Obtain City permits and approvals for work. Provide our office with copies of all City approvals and permits. 2. Care must be taken as not to damage the building wall framing during installation of fascia sign. ANY DAMAGE FOUND TO THE BUILDING FRAMING WILL BE REPAIRED BY THE LANDLORD AND CHARGED BACK TO THE TENANT. 3.
